| How long does it take for custom orders to be built? |
| |
The average wait time for Classic, Select, Acrylic, Hybrid, Vintage, and Studio Series kits is between 8 and 12 weeks depending on the finish. Sounds Like Art™ snare drums and traditional upright Cocktail kits range from 12 to 20 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. Complex paint jobs such as custom air brushing will add 4 to 6 weeks to any custom job. |

| Can you refinish or rewrap my current drums? |

At this time we do not offer any refinishing/refurbishing services. We suggest checking with your local drum store to see who is doing quality drum refinishing in your area. |

| Do you offer factory tours/can I visit your factory? |
| |
Our facility is open to visitors most weekdays from 8am till 5pm. We recommend calling several days in advance to verify personnel will be available. Weekend and after-hours apointments are available on a limited basis by calling at least 2 weeks in advance. |

| What is the difference between "street" price and "list" price? |

"List" prices are the Manufactures Suggested Retail Price, or MSRP. "Street" prices are what you may expect to pay at an authorized dealer or online at MyCustomDrum.com |

At Phattie Drums we have an established team of some of the best wood workers in the industry. Combined with our engineering team and focus on integrating new technologies, we truly can do anything. Custom lug designs, intricate shell carving, laser cut and inlayed acrylic shells, the sky is the limit.
