| How long does it take for custom orders to be built? |

The average wait time for Classic, Acrylic, & Hybrid Series kits is between 8 and 12 weeks depending on the finish. |

| Can you refinish or rewrap my current drums? |

At this time we do not offer any refinishing/refurbishing services. We suggest checking with your local drum store to see who is doing quality drum refinishing in your area. |

| Do you offer factory tours/can I visit your factory? |

Our facility is currently open to visitors only via appointment. We recommend calling at least a week in advance to verify personnel will be available. Weekend and after-hours apointments are available on a limited basis by calling at least 2 weeks in advance. |

| What is MSRP and "List" pricing, and is there a discount off the website prices? |

"List" prices are the Manufactures Suggested Retail Price, or MSRP. This is a virtual number created so stores can advertise discounts of 40%-60% across the board.
