| Step 1: Pricing |
Prices for standard kits, individual drums, and snares can be found on the pages linked at the left. If you have custom needs, powder coating, diecast hoops, or would like a Custom Shop kit, you can e-mail your specifications to info@staufferpercussion.com or call 828-253-2300, and we'll provide you with a price quote and help with any details you need more information on. Some configurations can also be priced and bought online, visit MyCustomDrum.com to see what is available for purchase online.

| Step 2: The Details |
Many customers choose to buy their kit through MyCustomDrum.com online because it's easy, and they wanted to place their order at 2am when we're sleeping. If you can't find exactly what you need at MyCustomDrum.com, or your kit requires custom touches not available in the shopping cart, get in contact with us and we'll go through The Details with you. These are all the little things that make your kit special. We'll talk about the exact depth of the drums, hardware placement, style of bass hoops, finish options, suspension mounts and floor tom legs or cradles, etc. This is best done over the phone or via a detailed e-mail to ensure you get exactly the kit that will meet your needs. When we're done you'll get an official build sheet via e-mail, so you can double check it one last time.

| Step 3: Payment & Lead Time Guarantee |
Payment for your new drums can be made via any major credit card, paypal, check, or money order. Once you have received an official estimate via e-mail you can click a link right on the invoice to make your deposit online via any major credit card. To start your drums we require a 50% deposit to ensure your spot in our build schedule. The second half of the payment is due at the 30-day mark, and your drums will ship when they are completed.
